Buying insurance in Croatia meant retyping the same details into every insurer's portal and waiting days for brokers to come back with quotes. Customers dropped off mid-funnel; back offices burned hours keying data from scanned policies. Every abandoned application and every manual re-entry was money insurers quietly paid for.

How We Approached It.
Instead of asking customers to describe their situation, we let them hand us a document or insert uniform set of data. AI extracts the fields (if user uploads document), a quote orchestrator fans out to multiple insurers in parallel, and comparable offers come back in a short period of time. Built as small, independently deployable services so each piece could evolve - or be replaced - on its own schedule.
